About Founder
Liam Groarke, founder of Irish Circle, hails from a farm in County Mayo, Ireland, where he grew up as one of eight siblings and learned the value of hard work early milking cows before school and living off the land long before “organic” was a trend. From Dublin to London and eventually New York, Liam’s journey has been as colorful as it is inspiring working as everything from a baker to a bar owner to a successful entrepreneur. In NYC, he built a legacy with two Irish import stores, a wholesale distribution business, and RentAKilt.com, the city’s only physical kilt outfitter.
Now semi-retired, Liam is focused on what he loves most: connecting the global Irish diaspora through Irish Circle and sharing stories on his KelticMan vlog. Proud father, grandfather, and lifelong dreamer, Liam continues to bring the Irish spirit to life wherever he goes.
